Beef Kebabs
2 lbs boneless sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
20+ skewers (soaked in water at least 30 minutes before grilling)
Marinade (combine all ingredients in a bowl):
1 cup beef broth or dry red wine
½ cup beef broth or water
½ cup chopped onion or green onion
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon thyme
3 cloves garlic
Freshly ground pepper & sea salt – to taste or ½ teaspoon each

Place beef cubes in a large, flat bowl or a re-sealable plastic bag.
Pour marinade over bag and cover/seal. Refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally.
When ready to grill, drain meat & place 6 pieces on each pre-soaked skewer. Heat grill to medium and lightly oil grill. Cook until reach desired doneness, turning at least once half way thru. Have various steak sauces, bar-b-q sauces or condiments to serve with the kabobs.
