Easy English Muffins
1 English Muffin
1 tbsp light cream cheese
1 tbsp strawberry (or favourite flavour) no sugar added jam
Toast the English muffin. Spread cream cheese on both sides. Put half the jam on each side and spread over the cream cheese. Yum yum.
