36 large strawberries, gently wash & pat dry
½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp oil
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and 1 tsp oil, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and place saucepan in a pan of hot water to keep chocolate melted. Dip each strawberry into chocolate until 2/3 of the strawberry is coated.
All excess chocolate to drip off. Place strawberries stem side down on lined tray. Refrigerate until serving time.
To make white chocolate strawberries, melt ½ cup vanilla milk chips with 1 ½ teaspoon oil and follow directions above.
