Shredded Chicken Tacos
Makes 12 tacos
2 ½ cups cooked, shredded chicken (warmed)
2 c grated cheddar, Tex Mex or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup salsa
2 cups shredded lettuce
½ cup cilantro leaves, washed & torn
1 cup light sour cream
12 hard taco shells

Place each of the ingredients, except taco shells on serving dishes in the middle of the table. Preheat oven to 325.
Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and heat in the oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove hot shells and place on individual plates. Everyone can fill their taco shells with the ingredients in the middle of the table.
