Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

These delicious sweet potato fries are easy to make and healthy too.


2 lbs. Sweet Potatoes
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 pinch black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
Peel sweet potato with a potato peeler taking the tops off first with a knife.
Skin on a sweet potato is alot thicker than regular. This recipe can also be made with yams or regular potatoes.

Cut 1/4 inch thick and 3/4 inch wide
sections for thick steak fries.

Put potatoes in bowl, add black pepper,
salt, oregano and garlic powder. Line baking tray with parchment paper.
Bake at 450 for 18 min. or until lightly browned.

Serving size is about 1/2 lb. per person.
