Apple Salsa

6 Apples (granny smith, macintosh)
3 Bell Peppers (multi color)
1/4 cup lime juice
1 small chopped red onion or 3 chopped green onions.
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon aromatic sea salt or sea salt

1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Stir up ingredients and enjoy over

APPLE SALSA RECIPE
chop apples into small pieces
cut multi-colored bell peppers first in half to peel out center,remove seeds inside.
Then chop peppers into small "salsa size" pieces.
Add 1/4 cup lime juice to give good flavor and keep the apples from turning brown.
Add 1 small chopped red onion or 3 chopped green onions.
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
add 1/2 teaspoon of aromatic sea salt or sea salt
1 small can mild green chiles (6 ounces)

For spicier salsa add 1-4 teaspoons depending on how spicy you want it to be

Add: 1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Use a big spoon to stir it all up.

Enjoy as an appetizer over blue corn chips or multi-grain chips.
If you have left over Turkey at Thanksgiving you can make turkey tacos with this topping.
