Breakfast Health Smoothie
1/3 cup fresh berries (mixed, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
1 small banana
16-20 oz Soy milk or rice milk
ΒΌ cup organic rolled oats
4 tbsp firm tofu
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
*this is also a great breakfast smoothie if you are lactose intolerant
Put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend till smooth and serve
