Melon Slices with Lime Dip
18 to 20 servings
1 small honeydew melon, seeded
1 mini watermelon, seeded
1 small cantaloupe, seeded
1 small crenshaw melon, seeded
Dip:
6 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
16 oz low fat vanilla yogurt
Cut each melon into thin slices & remove rind. Cut slices in half. Arrange slices on a large serving tray. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, limeade and blend well.
Add yogurt and blend until smooth. Pour into a shallow serving bowl and place bowl in middle of the tray.
