To make these cookies you will need;

2 cups of butter;
3 cups Chocolate chips;
4 cups flour;
2 cups brown sugar;
2 teaspoons Baking Soda;
2 cups white sugar;
1 cup white chocolate chips
5 cups blended oatmeal;
4 eggs;
2 teaspoons Baking powder;
3 teaspoons Vanilla;
1.5 cups chopped nuts (we use pecans)

 Cooking instructions: see video :)
Measure oatmeal, and process to a fine powder in a food processor. Put in a big bowl. Cream the butter and both sugars in the food processor. (Do in 2 batches if you have a smaller food processor. Add eggs and vanilla and process further.

Add the sugar/butter mix to the oatmeal in the big bowl. Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix all ingredients (you will probably need to use your hands since this is a big batch of cookies - for holiday giving)

Add chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and nuts. Roll into balls 1.5 inches in diameter, and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Lightly flatten the cookies with a spatula and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes (depending if you like them soft or crunchy). Remove from oven and let cool before serving or putting in packages.

This recipe above makes 12 packages or about 108 cookies
