So, a Canadian, and American and a Frenchman are driving along on a country road. Their car breaks down and it is already night time. They start walking and see a farm. They go to the door and knock to ask if they can stay the night.
The farmer comes out with his shotgun and tells them they can sleep in the barn if they want. But they better not try to steal any of his food. The guys thank him and go off to the barn to find some hay to sleep in. An hour later, the Canadian guy says, “I am so hungry. I am going to go to the house and see if I can sneak some food.” So he goes to the house and finds his way to the kitchen. There is lots of food and he eats all he wants. When he is heading out of the house, he trips on a trap the farmer set for him.
He hears a gun being primed and a voice in the dark says, “Who is there?” So the Canadian guy goes “Meow”. The farmer goes – “Oh it is only the cat” and goes back in his room. So the Canadian guy tells the American guy what happened. An hour later the American guy is so hungry, he decides it is worth a try.
He gets into the kitchen, eats all he wants, and goes to leave. He also trips on a trap set by the farmer. He hears a gun being primed and a voice in the dark says, “Who is there?” So the American guy goes “Meow”. The farmer goes – “Oh it is only the cat” and goes back in his room. The American guy tells the French guy what happened. By this time, the French guy is so hungry, he decides to risk the farmer’s wrath and goes to the kitchen. As he is leaving after eating a big meal, he also trips on a trap. He hears a gun being primed and a voice in the dark says, “Who is there?” So the French guy says, ‘It iz me – da cat”.
