Solicited Submissions are only those Submissions that we expressly request or enable you to provide to us via any feature or activity on a PACAP Web Site for our review or display.  These submissions may or may not have specifically-defined consideration or compensation, such as prizes for sweepstakes, contests and promotions. Solicited submissions in any guest services or public forums can only be submitted if you do not seek Consideration.  Our company policy does not allow us to accept or consider Unsolicited Submissions.   Do not Send or Distribute Unsolicited Submissions on or through any PACAP Websites.

Third Party Videos
Some videos on this site are created by third parties and embedded into our pages to enhance and embellish subject matter that we believe is important for children's viewing and learning. The videos are all selected by the hostesses and their parents since they believe other kids could benefit from viewing these selected videos. We make an effort to screen all third party videos for general audience viewing, lack of profanity and inappropriate content or music. Only videos that support our platform of healthy, fit and active kids have been chosen. We do not claim any authorship or rights to these third party videos, nor do we take any responsibility for this and other content that others have made public. We are including these videos under fair use. Please email us if you feel a video is being included in error, if the content is no longer available or if you are the author and do not want the video appearing on this site.
