Moon Golf

Astronaut Alan Sheppard took a six iron golf club and some golf balls with him to the moon in 1971.  This video shows Sheppard in a space suit, hitting the ball more than 200 yars.  Was Sheppard an amazing golfer?  He was not usually that good.  The secret to his great hits is the fact that the moon has way less gravity than earth.  That way, there is less pull on the ball and it can go further.  Imagine playing baseball on the moon?
