In this video, Katrina and Sloane go over some basic hula hoop tips that can be used for gymnastics, dance or just for fun.
Hula hoops are inexpensive and a great form of exercise. There are classes where you can learn hoop dancing routines. Start by learning the basic hip hooping, then move on to knee knockers (hooping around the knee), neck hooping, arm hooping and then try moving the hula hoop up and down your body as you twirl.
Some hula hoop experts can keep 5 or many more hoops going at the same time!
