Healthy Juice Recipe

Here is a great tasting, energizing juice recipe-good for your health. 

This healthy juice is a good source of fiber, vitamin A and C, calcium,
potassium, and minerals

For 1 Serving of Energizing Juice:

1 cup fresh pineapple
¼ cup dandelion greens
4 medium washed but not peeled, carrots

Add all ingredients to a juicer.  Drink immediately. 
If you find the juice bitter, add more pineapple or an apple.
