How to do Hand Walking - Handwalking

Arm Strenghtening Exercises

We start out the video by showing some great arm strengthening exercises. Many new gymnasts want to get right to it and then end up falling over, so it really pays to do proper warmups, stretches and focus some time on building arm strength since you want to walk on your hands, so your arms will have to carry your entire body.

Don't skip this part, because the discipline needed to develop arm strength will "carry you a long way" on your hands that is, once you develop the basic skills along with the strengthening exercises.
