There is alot to goalkeeping and knowing what to do instinctively in any given situation. Kicking the ball is also an important skill and many hours of practice should be spent on distribution. Kicking the ball far and accurately comes with practice. Avoid unnecessary turnovers by kicking the ball out of bounds or directly to an opponent. One of the worst blunders during a distribution is kicking it right up the middle to a waiting striker, which can quickly come back at you.
