How to Do Splits - 3

How to do the splits part 3 - Advanced

Here are some more tips on how to do the splits. Many have been asking about how to get that last part of the splits and it comes with consistent practice and training.

Here are some techniques some coaches taught us that we are happy to pass along in order to get your splits. When attempting to do the splits or any gymnastics exercise, be sure to get a good stretch and warm up muscles first.

Also use a spotter and never work beyond your ability. It takes slow and steady progress over time to get the splits and it can be achieved by regular and steady stretching.

Have fun doing the splits. They are used often not only in gymnastics, but in dance, ice skating, cheerleading and other sports.
