Extreme Cheerleading

Cheerleading is a fun team sport that requires physical skill, tumbling, dance, dedication and flexibility.  If you are interested in joining cheerleading, you should research the programs and squads that are available near you.  There are many different levels of cheerleading, from recreational squads to all-star, college, or even professional football or basketball leagues.   You need to be really dedicated and work hard to move up the levels.  It helps if you are in shape and have some gymnastics/tumbling or dance background.  You also have to be willing to make a commitment of time and money – so you need to make sure your parents support your decisions to sign up.
