Spot a Back Walkover

How to spot a back walkover

Coach Don shows us how to safely spot a back walkover. If you are learning how to do your back walkover or back handspring, you should have someone to help spot you so you do not get injured.

Don shows us proper technique by spotting Sloane. It is best if you have gymnastics mats or a softer floor for safety. Back walkovers are often the first step towards getting your back handspring or back tuck.

Also see our other videos for back stretches to help you get more flexible.
